Svågertorp

Svågertorp is the southernmost part of Malmö and one of its newest business districts.

Its location along the Outer Ringroad (Yttre Ringvägen) between Pildammsvägen and Trelleborgsvägen makes Svågertorp attractive from a development and communications point of view.

Svågertorp was established as a commerce area during the period 2001 - 2006. Today, the area offers a mixture of offices, retail businesses and warehouses. Today, less than 30 companies are established in Svågertorp including Vestas, ILVA, Bauhaus, Siba, K-rauta, Lindströms Bad & Kakelvaruhus and Biltema. IKEA has built a new 44,000 square metres departmentstore in the area, the largest IKEA store in the world.
